Register for the IREM

PHA has selected the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to conduct this course for landlords because we insist on the best. IREM’s mission is to educate real estate managers and to certify their competence and professionalism. All PHA property managers go through IREM training, and we want you to enjoy the same advantage. The following documentation must be completed. IREM registration form Payment for class The Registration for the IREM course is ONLY conducted during the Landlord Briefing session. The cost of the class is $200.00. Money Order, Personal Money Order, or Cashier’s Check are the only forms of payment accepted. Make all payments payable to Pennsylvania Institute of Affordable Housing Professionals (PIAHP). Attach the payment to the registration form and check the appropriate date for attending the class.
